Delta PT Membrane Fixing Plugs Without Grommet

Delta PT plugs have been designed to fix Delta PT mesh membranes to any surface, such as brick or stone walls. 

Delta Ultra Fix Plugs are manufactured from a high impact polymer, a shatter-resistant material meaning that the plugs provide a secure fit into a wall, maintaining the membrane’s position on the substrate. Their flat heads serve as additional fixing points for render and dab adhesive applications. 

These PT membrane plugs have an internal shank, centrally located and designed to help secure screws in a wall. Suitable for 5.5mm diameter / size 12 screws, they can be used for installing lining systems, cable tracks and pipe clips. 

Delta PT Ultra Fix Plugs can be used as an alternative to Delta Plugs and Delta Qwik Seal Plugs. You will need to use these plugs with Delta Rope to create your waterproof seal when fixing your membranes.

Using Delta PT Ultra Fix Plugs

Before applying a PT membrane to the wall, ensure that the surface is dry and clear of debris. 

Insert the plug into a pre-drilled hole using a mallet to prevent any damage. They should be spaced no more than 250mm. You will need to wrap Delta Rope around the plug, following manufacturer’s instructions.
